Shelby & Brooklynn both received high honors at today’s REACH awards ceremony for Straight-A’s on their report cards. I’m a very proud parent.

Shelby and Brooklynn took their first parentless flights to go see their mother, Joann, in TX.  I think I held my breath the whole time.  They say it went well and they had no complaints, so I am very relieved. Now comes the almost 3 weeks without them.  While I’m going to get some “me” [...]

While at the Pokémon Platinum launch party at Toys “R” Us last March, we met Ash and Pikachu.  Brooklynn loved them so much that she asked if they could do her birthday party.  So on Saturday, June 13 @ 2pm, Ash, Pikachu, and the Pikabug will be showing up at the Meadow Pointe I Clubhouse [...]

We were lucky to have coach Tony Dungy as a guest speaker at our church today.  His sermon was great and he stayed to sign books and take pictures.  Here is coach Dungy with Shelby and Brooklynn.
